Is anyone else having trouble.................

Post by wixwacing »

Some time back I ordered and paid for some wheels and inserts from a leading slotcar wheel and insert maker in Canada. After a considerable delay I emailed them and got as message to say they had been ill etc. etc. Fair enough. Eventually the order turns up.... incomplete, with reasons given etc. etc. Again, fair enough! I have now been waiting since the end of June for the spares which is a week or two back now. During this time the person in question has been prominent on the leading slot fora!

Friday the sixteenth July after sending another email, the reply was , health etc. etc. resin fumes etc. etc. fair enough. I sent an email on fourth Sept enquiring about their health and any news on the balance of the order? As yet, there has been no response. Does anybody know something I don't know. With two regular slot suppliers slipping away to that great slotclub in the sky in recent months I was wondering what the situation here was?

When I'm not racing slotcars,
I'm out in the back yard, burning food!!

When I win, it's because of my talent, not my car or my controller!

Phil
Seems normal from what i can gather from SCI - he`s still about, just had some time off recently.
Seems some blokes here down south just got a May order
On another note - My E38 Chargers should be here in about 2 weeks.!!
