Just figured I'd throw up a thread to see who has been buying what lately.

Guess I'll start it off, I've bought the following:

Slot.It
Porsche 956KH - Warsteiner livery - and it really is quite charming in it's white and gold.
McLaren F1 GTR - Loctite Livery - great car to drive

Sloter
Sloter Lola T280 - after Phils review I decided to get one

Scalextric
Ford Mustang - Al Costner livery - needed a new Trans Am, everyone who saw my old number 16 Mustang would agree it was basically a wreck.

Fly - these haven't arrived yet, arriving soon, hopefully!
BMW M1 - Red Lobster Livery - because I decided my BMW 3.5 CSL wasn't going to do the job for our Group 5 class
Lola B98/10 Racing Edition - because I've wanted a new LMP car for ages
Porsche 911 GT1 Evo - Grand Am 2003 Livery - I have had one of these before, loved it. Sold the old one aages ago to someone in Q32.
Venturi 400 - Shell Livery - One of the Fly Starter ones, but should be fun to tweak and tune a bit to get it going right for a GT car.

What I'm planning on buying:

Porsche 917K - damn they look awesome, even for the cost!

Bought- last month to now -Went on a sloty buying bindge

LMM Peugeot 905 - because nobody else makes them and only had a kit(matra 630) before
SCX 25th ann. 1981audi -just because - have a couple of the fly version
Fly panoz #55 - not making them anymore- u either like the looks or hate it
Fly racing BMW M1 campeonato - Probably the most elusive one (Fly racing are fun cars)
Slot-it Nissan 390r longtail - a beauty and a great handling car
SCX hummer and toureg
Ninco Bowler

Good luck. I'm getting an $1850 tax return this year.

$1000 of that goes straight to parents, leaving me with $850 discretionary spending.... eg, $200 professor motor controller, maybe a couple of slot cars (or 10)

I'm torn guys!!! I have my heart set on a couple of possible unobtainables and with all my model scratchbuilds up to date (except for a 1910 Rolls royce and a 'bed of snakes' exhaust for a Lotus thirty eight!!) so I'm looking round for a classy scratchbuild or two!!! Mmmmm?

First thoughts are this:

The Re-livery mk 2 Escort. It's white and blue with Daily Express livery. Still Roger Clark

Weren't You waiting for the new livery Phil? So You didn't have to race the limited edition Red one.
Still aching for that gold Leaf Lotus 49t tho' , I got it on order the day I saw it announced on the Scaley site, November they reckon.

Oh Yes just got new Scaley Gold GT40, with the green front.
Cant seem to stop myself from buying these for some reason.
