Pantera on the streets!!

Post by wixwacing »

The Carrera De Tomaso Pantera is officially released in Europe and a phone call today has put me on the local waiting list for one of these. I pride myself in being a liberal slotcar purchases and with the advances Carrera have made in the last twelve months regarding slotcar design, I fully see this as a fun drive on medium to large circuits.

So, do yourself a favour, and check it out at

I'm out in the back yard, burning food!!

FOMOCO powered Italian exotica, how could you go wrong!!!

Just ordered mine from Cincy Slots, should make a good running mate for the Chev Monza (have the #84 livery, very nice little model!).

Ive always had a soft spot for Carrera, they make interesting models....
Cheers,

Rob....

This is the closest I got to one for many a year. It was pulling away from the finish line at Classic Adelaide in `05

The first one was when I was working at a prestige car company in the UK. Two employees were sent to Greece to recover a car which was impounded by the Greek Police. They drove it from Athens to London with a slipping twin plate clutch. The car wouldn't start moving 'til it was at mid revs!!

G'day Verne,

I'll be stalking the 'C' type very soon, where's the best price to date?
