Once again some nice models turning up in the shops in time for Xmas. The first is the Scaley Beetle. Not exactly a race car (unless you race with the SEQSCC) But a nice one for the shelf for the collectors amongst us.

Scalextric 1963 Volkswagen Beetle

Another one for the shelf is the Alan Jones Williams from Flyslot. This is the 1980 championship car

Flyslot Williams FW07b

I don't usually wander out of 1/32 scale but check out the livery of this Scaleauto Jag. A bit reminiscent of the Lola MG's from wayback. Maybe one worth waiting for sometime in the future??

Scaleauto Jaguar XKR

And who can resist a cheeky little Stratos from Teamslot. It may well take a bit of fettling out o f the box. But once done, it will be fun on the track.

Teamslot Lancia Stratos

And how about another nice Bmmer from SCX.....! Do I smell a trophy class coming up here??!!

When I'm not racing slotcars,
I'm out in the back yard, burning food!!

When I win, it's because of my talent, not my car or my controller!

Thanks for the heads up on these Phil.

I nearly bypassed that Williams thinking it was another FW07 relivery.

The FW07b is a fair bit different bodywise. I've got my order in now.

Now if Fly would only hurry up and do that 1.5 Turbo Renault F1.........(ramble ramble rave)
