New ScaleAuto 2012

Post by kenneth »

Scaleauto have the Honda HSV 010 Super GT coming out in 2012.
Didn`t even know this car was built by Honda let alone a slot car being made - saw it as a pre-order on Pendles page while looking for a Toyota Gt1.
I know its a long way off, but it will be nice to see something different on the track.
If they get it right it will be a very tasty GT car.

Jordan I was at Werners last week and he already has the HSV Honda's in Mini Z form. Great looking cars and he sent an email out with the cars attached but I may have deleted it already. I will try to get another copy of it and post on here.

good looking car Perro - The ScaleAuto will be a 1/32 scale car.
Still can`t bring myself to purchase a Plafit anything apart from the EZ32 chassis i have.
Bu they do look awesome, pity they have black windows.

One of the rules for Plafit racing is the fitment of an interior to the cars and they look quite effective when they have been done.

That Epson one looks sweet, I liked the look of Norm's but that one looks even better. Hmm was looking for a new Mini-Z car - might be a goer.

The Kyosho Mini-Z bodies do not have black windows as they are tinted and pretty much see-through :

As Glen mentioned, with the use of a light coloured driver interior it looks o.k.
There are also aftermarket clear Lexan windows available for most body types :
