G'day all,

Just thought I would let you know the "Narangburgring" is "FAST FAST FAST" (not that I have been using it) and I can only imagine that after a bit of practice things should become verrrrry interesting. Hope you can make it on time Perro, I'll put your name in for you though.

If anyone has any interesting DVD's to watch either car or music related please bring them along (as long as they are legal!!)

Just remember to park around the back. See you all after 2.00 on Saturday.

G'day all,

Just to clarify a point raised this week, I draw your attention to the Slotcar Legends guidelines for Naranbaring this coming Saturday, re: Classic LeMans.....

6.2

The term Modern, Classic and Historic will be interpreted as follows unless otherwise stated in the individual event description.

Modern Models based on cars from 1990 onwards

Classic Models based on cars from 1970 to 1989

Historic Models based on cars up to 1969

For further clarification you can visit

See you there!

Does this mean a Group C Slot-It car can run? If so I fear another Slot It run away class.

A fair point considering they were around in 83-84 all the way to the 90s.

Nobody would be able to run the Mazda though, that was after 89 :P

Guys, guys, guys, guys, ......guys!

Another slot.it, runaway class ???? Mmmmmmmmmm? Don't forget, this is a track owners choice class! And I would go so far as to say there are more than several models which would bring a Slot.it to heel! I toyed with the idea of bringing a Lola T280 (which holds the ultimate lap record at Mt Omanney) but have decided against it. I might race a Spirit, or a Fly, or even a well prepared SCX!!! Mmmmmm? Staying out of trouble is going to be the name of the game

This time we'll be racing a bunch of stuff hopefully. As I have a couple of days in the week to call my own, and for the benefit of mutual slotcar harmony, I have compiled a list of cars which competed in those years! Two things to watch out for.
1. All models to have 3D headlights
2. Models of cars which never started a race are excluded
