Slotcar Legends guidelines update.

Post by wixwacing »

G'day all

With developements in the mass produced slotcar market and relevant to the latest Ninco 1 and similar models I have upgraded guideline 11.2. Please note it should now read.

11.2
For the purpose of plastic
and board track racing, all models, with the exception of Australian V8’s (AVESCO), will have either a full interior or a half driver’s tray, visible through the model’s windows. Non trays will need to be constructed of plastic. Vacuum formed or Lexan driver’s trays are prohibited.

This is to discourage surreptitious model alterations aimed at either lightening the model (magnet racing) or abnormally lowering the model's centre of gravity, especially in conjunction with legal ballasting (non magnet racing).

When I'm not racing slotcars,
I'm out in the back yard, burning food!!

When I win, it's because of my talent, not my car or my controller!
