Re: New to hobby

Hi and welcome. Try iLOL at Gibb Street, Arundel. QLD 4214. Jamie has just moved from 14 Gibb St to a new spot just further up the road. A great guy and great shop and then just wait until you see his tracks. Amazing. Ph 550 6204

Cheers,

Glen

Re: Trophy Class

Without puting a whole lot of thought into it the SCX GT Class with standard tyres etc might be a goer. They are cheap and robust cars with good range of cars to choose from but. Motor spec would need to be stated and no one given any leeway. Magnets in or out? Maybe have both for when we run on the...

Re: Flood Relief Auction

Exceptional generosity mickymack, I am certain it will reach someone equally as deserving as you were magnanimous. And it's a terrific car to boot. I hope it brings you much joy either as a runner because it's a great driving car the Fly Chevron or as a shelf queen. And many, many thanks to Jordan w...

Re: Q32 at the Paceway!!!

Classic GP cut off is 1961 to allow the Ferrari 156 Sharknose to run Phil. Phil good point by the way regarding stretching the rules and loop hole spotting. I hope that closes that one up.

Queensland Floods Roll Call

Hi to all the Queenslanders on the Outhouse at this time of flooding that is happening right across the state at this time. I just thought it may be prudent to do a roll call of all slot car members and friends so that we can let each other know how we are fairing. To that part the following people ...

Re: Ninco Peugeot 306 NC1

Phil you are dead set right about these early Ninco cars fitted with the best motor ever in the NC1. Why they would ever go away from such a winning package I will not know. But while I was away in th US I managed to visit Cinci Slots and Bruce has a few NC1 cars available at very good prices. How g...

Re: New cars from Ninco

But seeing as you don't understand what we are talking about I'll tell you again. Even with the bette...

Re: New cars from Ninco

OH sorry I thought you where a serious racer, excuse me :P You're starting to push the wrong buttons here. You remind me very much of a guy called Orange Picker from Sydney and I had no time for him either. Now you will come back with some other smart answer and on it will go. I've seen it all many ...

Re: New cars from Ninco

OH and dont they make controllers that you can reduce top end voltage ,the slot it one even does traction control So now you are telling me I need to buy a new controller just to drive these cars? So that's another $120 on top of the car. Just believe what the guy's are saying. The wrong motor has ...

Re: New cars from Ninco

Well just buy a die cast If your not going to race it.and we just race nincos NC5s on 10 Volts You're missing the point all together. Most people who already have cars from this class of racing bought the cars when they were released with fit NC1 or NC8 motors. Winding down the voltage on a car fit...

Re: iLOL Industries - Gold Coast

Phil the track with Egg and Norm standing next to it with the Jim Beam poster in the back ground is called Kangaroo Valley. The rest of the names elude me as they do you. But one thing for certain, you can not find a better sot car centre with such diverse, challenging and fun tracks to drive on. An...
