Re: Carrera 30K Motor

Motor Specs from
http://slotcarnews.blogspot.com.au/2007 ... -list.html

Carrera E-200, E-500 (FC-130) [21,081 RPM/12v] 26,000/14.8v, tested 18,058-20,6340 RPM/12v

at 14.8v the E200 is rated at 26000 rpm hence why the 30k motor wouldn't seem that much quicker.

Re: power supply

Don't think there is any real advantage in adjustable amps for slot cars. As far as I am aware - the cars will take the amps they need, i.e. at start up they need more than when they are running. Therefore if you have a 5 amp power supply then if the motor needs 3A it will use it (most scalextric ty...

Re: Alternative Motor/s for NC1/NC8 Class

Hey Rhys its not finding the NC-1 motors its paying the $37 (unless you got 2 for $30 that is a good buy) :) - especially when Ninco cars are $69 or more. If I am going to spend $106+ buying a slot car there are other brands that will get my money ahead of Ninco. I figure if we can find a $5-$10 mot...

Alternative Motor/s for NC1/NC8 Class

Hello I have a few Ninco classics which have NC5 motors in them. I would like to be able to swap these out and put an NC1/8 class motor in them so I can race them. (Well ok drive them during a race :)) The price of the Ninco s is a bit much so I am searching for a less expensive motor. I notice that...

Re: Slotsquad Trophy Class

Well after a few drives I do like the Beamer :) Carrera have really lifted their game of late compared to the earlier cars I owned. I also got the Carrera Corvette C6R (cause I liked the way it looked) and I am please with how it drives it ins't an NSR but then neither was the price and it handles a...

Re: ninco classic tyres

Hi Eggy
Do you want NInco rubber?
If you don't I think I have a mould for the 20x9 and if not can do one up to make some urethane tyres
